Nautilus buckle keeps getting stuck

Someone else mentioned this problem on another thread several weeks ago. I'm wondering if anyone else has encountered one side of their Nautilus buckle getting stuck so that it's very difficult to unbuckle. That keeps happening with ours, and my 6yo is unable to get out of the seat when it happens. It doesn't happen every time. When it does, it's tricky for me to get it unstuck, too. Usually I fiddle with it and then can pop it open. I'm gong to call Graco CS about it tomorrow, and am just wondering if others have had this happen and also how responsive Graco CS is.

They're sending me a new harness and buckle assembly. Unfortunately, they're backordered until Sept 8th (wonder if they've been seeing this problem a lot?). We were out today with my mom, and she was totally unable to get my 6yo unbuckled when it got stuck. Not sure what they would have done if I hadn't been there to do it (I always am, but just thinking it's a good thing I was).

I'm having the exact same problem with my GN!! Thats good to know that they send you a replacement though!

I have also been having that same problem with my GN as well as having problems with it buckling. I have to put the buckle tong on my right hand side ds' left first or it is almost impossible to buckle. We are on vacation now and will be getting home in a couple of days so I will call Graco this week and see what they can do for me.

I haven't had any trouble with mine - I wish I had the GN buckle on my BLVD too... I can never tell if the BLVD is actually "engaged" unless I pull on it.

This sound bad to me! I wonder if it will spawn a recall! It would NOT be good if you needed to get your child out of that seat in a hurry! Hopefully you recieve your harness & buckle assembly soon!

Worse case I would think if you loosened the harness all the way the kid could squirm out but not something you would want to have to deal with everyday!
I haven't had any problems with my 2 GN's buckles but it sounds like a lot of people have.
