All of the excellent bargain hunters on this site are MUCH better than me at finding a deal.
I need a Recaro Signo in any color other than rose (pink.)
Anyone up to the challenge?

Yep, that is the best deal I could find. The next best was Wineaux's 10% off Amazon baby when you use a visa card (http://www.car-seat.org/showthread.php?t=54163) Free shipping and no tax. $279 minus 10% is $251.10.

ETA: I take that back.

The next best deal is BabyCatolog.com:
Sand 215
Blush 244
Cobalt 244
No tax, free shipping on all three. Midnight Desert unavailable.

Now we need to look and see what coupon codes are out there, and if there is a store with a really high percentage of Cash Back using Microsoft's Live Cash Back program, located here: http://search.live.com/cashback/

If you are buying ANYTHING online these days, you need to be checking the above site before buying. It can literally save you tens, hundreds, and even thousands of dollars over time and depending upon what you buy.

OK, the best deal out there at the moment, if you don't want to mess with Cash Back coming to you at a later date, is the deal at Albeebaby for $214.

If you want to save a little bit more, and get a FREE GIFT (No clue as to what the hell it is though...), then check out this deal: Recaro Signo in Sand ONLY at Happy Mothers! (http://shop.happymothers.com/prd_RE33000MM34_-Signo-Convertible-Car-Seat---Sand.html?e3=styles) for $209 after using Microsoft Live Cash Back.

Store Price $249.00
Discount 18.0%
cashback $44.82
Bottomline Price $204.13

Plus use coupon code: HAPPYMOTHERS to receive a FREE Gift with your purchase!

Google and the MS Live Cash Back search engine are your friend. ;) That and a lot of clicking and calculator use...

You'll love it! I miss mine :) I had to return it because the DOM was so old I didn't want to only get 4.5-5 years out of an almost $300 seat. If I could guarantee my DOM wouldn't be a year old I'd be all over that

Hmmm... Maybe I would be better off buying from BRU?? I can garuntee the DOM from there, have an easy return if necessary, and they have my favorite cover. (Not that that matters)
I know it's not a very popular seat so I don't want one that has been sitting in a warehouse for a year.
BRU would cost me $240 (including tax) if I did my math right. I have a 20% off coupon and their reg. price is $279.

Call their 800 number and ask what the DOM's are. If they are older, then don't be afraid to ask them for a coupon code or store credit to use when ordering online because you still want to get the MS Live Cash Back.

I bought one from amazon (July) and one from babyuniverse (Aug) and the DOM were 11/17/07 and 11/7/07 respectively so that is a concern.

I didn't know BRU carried Signos...

Online only, and in a few select stores.

My store (in central Jersey) got them only a couple of weeks ago.

I ordered mine from Albeebaby last week for $214.00, it came yesterday with a 12/07 DOM. I think the price refects the older DOM, imo. It's a great seat, I'm really glad I ordered it.

Can you wait until you can get ahold of one of those BRU 15% off coupons? There would still be tax but it would be better than full price.
