What is wrong with my profile?
Well, your reps are disabled. Maybe that would help?

Believe she's talking about feedback using iTrader.

she's too new to be using swap - don't you have to be a member for a number of months before you have that access?

Yes, itrader isn't accessible in the control panel until you are in the user group with swap access. I'm not sure if you can leave feedback for someone else in the meantime though. There's a sticky in the swap forum that mentions itrader in it.
I'm moving this to the announcements feedback section of the forums.

You can still give and receive reputation when it is disabled in the control panel - all disabling does is removes the display from your public profile.

She wasn't the seller, she was the buyer (from me).
I'll have to check that sticky in swap. Even when you can't post in swap, you can respond and buy stuff, so you'd think they should have access to leave feedback.
ETA: Found this thread (http://www.car-seat.org/showthread.php?t=50437) and it does say, "Please note that users must have Swap access to be able to use iTrader. Users who do not have swap access will still have a feedback tab, but it should appear as zeroes."
Weird thing is I was able to leave feedback for her!! So why wouldn't she be able to leave feedback?

I will look into this, but I believe it is because the system was setup so that you must have Swap access (Senior Community Member, Tech, Donor) to leave feedback for others. You could receive feedback from someone with Swap access, even if you do not have Swap access yourself. Anyway, it is now setup so that ALL Community Members can now see iTrader ratings and leave feedback, even though they may not be able list items on Swap. This allows people to leave feedback for items they may have purchased. Any registered Member in good standing may also view iTrader ratings now. The ability to leave feedback may be extended to all registered members in the future.

Just to be sure I understand, if I have 25 posts and have been around for a year, I will become a community member once I have 10 rep points, AND THEN I'll be able to leave feedback. Is that right?
Thanks!

Community Members may use the feedback system at 30 days registered, 10 posts and 10 reputation points.
To post new items in Swap, you must be a Technician, donor or Senior Community Member (12 months, 100 posts, 50 reputation or somewhat higher requirements at 6 months).
