I think we are gonna sell my dd's Step2 playhouse. She just never uses it. So, the question is...for a 2 year old one, what do you think is a fair price? I have no idea.....
What is the regular price?

ROFL....geez, how dumb can I be??? It's $160. Here is the link to the manufacturer's site...

well, usually I go for half off. But since it is Step 2, that stuff holds its value more. I would probably try $100. Hopefully others jump in to give some answers.

You think?! Geez, I was gonna say $50...$75 at the most.
Then go half off, $80. If you start at $100 OBO on craigslist, yo will probably get $80.

check out your local craigslist to see what they're going for. they come up all the time on mine. I don't think $100 is unreasonable for a 2 year old playhouse. Unless you're local to me. Then how's $50 sound? ;)
I'd try it a bit high because buyers often offer less. I mean, relisting it is the worst that can happen.

ROFL.....that was hysterical!! Yeah, I'll check craigslist. And people definately try & get less...so you're right about listing it $20-25 more than I really am willing to take.

I was going to say the same thing! $50 if you're near me lol!
definitely check your craiglist and list it for a little more than your bottom dollar amount. If you don't get what you want you could always wait until closer to Christmas when people are trying to find them for presents.

We bought a little tikes playhouse 1 year go. We spent $160 on it, on an sale. It retailed for $220.
We kept the house for a year. I JUST listed it on CL for $150. I sold it with in hours.
Used the playhouse for a year, only lost $10.
Good luck!
(i was totally prepared for someone to talk me down to $100.)

Holy cow, I need to check CL now! I was kinda on the fence about it, but since she's gone in it twice this entire summer, for say a grand total of 20 mins...yeah, I'll sell it & get something else she will actually use!

I think it totally depends on the condition. If it has been in the sun and elements for two years, it could be well worn and faded and worth a lot less.

:yeahthat:
the lady that bought my house wanted it because it had been inside the entire time i had it. No sun fading. It did have a crack (no idea how it got there) but she didn't care, since it was going inside her house too.
