Title says it all :)
I'm looking for a shopping cart cover. I would like one that fits over big carts like the ones at Costco.
If you have one you would like to part with please let me know.

Jewels,
I don't have one for trade/swap, but wanted to let you know where I found mine.
The first one I got at Walmart - fits the carts at Costco/Sams, highchairs etc. It's the black/tan toile looking pattern. Was under $30.
I got a second one cause the above only had legholes for one child, and it's usually in my teen's car. I got it off MamaBargains.com, but it's from a company called Cuter Than a Duck's Butt. www.CTaDB.com. It fits the large carts and the holes are made to accomodate 2 children. Not sure of cost.
Hope this helps!

I didn't even see this thread until you linked it.
The one that I have is the black and white gingham check. I don't know what a fair price would be. They are $60 new. I'm also concerned about shipping charges to Canada. I'll need to look and see if I have a box it may fit in so I can try to get a shipping estimate.
It really is a very nice cart cover though. It is much thicker and plusher than others. People used to stop me in stores all the time to ask me where I got it.

I have one, from One Step Ahead. It has shoulder straps to help keep them in the cart. It is green with an O or circle allover patttern. I don't know how much it would cost to ship to canada, if you want to, PM me your address and I can check for you.

I made mine out of a polar fleece blanket, I got it at Big Lots for like $4. I turned under all the edges and then ran some elastic through it. Then I took it to the store and marked where I wanted the leg holes and where I wanted to put the strap. Fleece is great because it does not fray so just cut the holes to the size you want and where you want. Then for the strap I cut two slits up by my kids arm pit area. I got some webbing strap at the fabric store and a clip then ran the strap through and attached the clip to the ends. I left some length so I can loosen or tighten depending on the cart. I did stitch one side of the strap in place to the fabric so it does not get lost.
It is easy and washes up great. I have used it with two kids and it is still going.
If you want I can make you one.

I don't have one available, but we got a double cover at www.covers4kids.com and it's been fantastic. She has a fast turnaround time and so many fabric options, it's overwhelming! We have a single cover from there, as well. Both are several years old (5+) and are in great shape and wash up beautifully.
