Two carseats in Nissan Pathfinder

I have a 2 1/2 year old FF in Britax Marathon, and will have an infant in a Graco Snugride soon. I have a 2006 Nissan Pathfinder. What seat positions are best for each child/carseat?

I'll have the seats checked by the fire department, but need to install them before then.

first thought would be to put the baby in the middle and your older chikd outboard. however a rf seat is safest so it is actually better to put the ff seat center and the snugride outboard. i am not sure if the would een fit side by side in that vehicle. if you try remember that each seat need to be secure and installed on its own not using the other to be tight. if they can't there is nothing wrong with putting both outboard. then it is just a matter of preference in which seat on which side.
