I want to make sure the girls seats are in correctly. We thought we were going to be purchasing a smaller car, but we got the SUV instead.
The Regent is in the middle, and the MA is RF behind the passenger side. I'll get pics to post tomorrow with and w/out the girls in them.
DD2 feet look like she's squished in the RF position. I know she has plenty more room to grow into her seat. She's 14months and 30 some inches tall. Maybe we need to adjust her straps and move them up to the next slot?
I'm tempted to turn her, but I know it's not the safest way for her to ride right now.

My internet is too slow to deal with photos.
I'm assuming the Regent is in the middle by preference or because that is where the top tether anchor is. (I'm pretty sure the Regent must be tethered at higher weights).
rear facing MA:
1) Buckle seatbelt, remove slack, lock seatbelt (using lock off opposite of seat belt buckle). Make sure there is no more than 1" l/r, front/back movement.
2) Check angle - 30-45 degrees is sufficient for older infant.
3) Attach tether rear facing.
4) Harness straps at or below shoulders - make sure DD is sitting "tall" and not slouching. Sometimes, when child is "between" different harness positions, you'll see the harness start drop off the shoulders when the harness is tightened, although if you have the HUGS on, it shouldn't be an issue.
5) No slack in harness (Can you pinch the harness at the shoulders?)
6) Chest clip at armpit level.
7) When you say "squished" are you saying her legs/feet are scrunched up? Not to worry. Think about how DD plays and sleepes: W sit? Kneeling? Curled up in a ball? Head smashed in the corner? Some other position that would be painful in a less than flexible adult?
Besides, DD doesn't know anything different so unless she's crying from discomfort (and not just "I've been buckled up too long,") she's fine. And significantly safer rear facing.
REGENT:
1) Depending on DD1's weight, use long or short belt path.
2) Buckle seat belt, lock and tighten.
3) See #1 above
4) Harness height - at or above the shoulders
5-6) same as above
Enjoy your trip.
