I install Scenera rf at the midle-second row on Pilot using the ceiling seat belt. No matter how I adjusted, the seat seems slightly shift on the left (if looking forward to the front)

That tends to be a common issue with that combination of seat and seatbelt system. The Scenera tends to be somewhat prone to tipping as a rf seat, more so with a locking shoulder belt and even more so when the retractor is ceiling mounted.

You can use a locking clip (http://www.carseatsite.com/lockingclips.htm) instead of locking the retractor.

Another fix is to pull the cover back over the beltpath so you aren't just cinching down next to the buckle. get the lap portion as tight as you can before locking the shoulder portion (so that you have an acceptable install with less than 1" of movement in any direction at the beltpath). Lock the retractor as the very last step and don't force any additional webbing into the retractor. It may still tip over time, but is a quick re-install.

The only other option is moving it outboard to use the lower anchors.
