Broken Foam on Triumph

I have a friend who has an Evenflo Triumph (not the advance model) for her DS. Yesterday, a piece of the foam broke off. I looked on Evenflo's website and I don't see anything but the Advance. Does anyone know if the foam can be replaced? I told her to call Evenflo about it. I'm not sure if she's done that or not yet.

i have one of those seats...the foam is broken on mine too i just realized it the other dat when i took the cover off. i duck taped it for now since it isn't missing any pieces. i'll take a picture later. i was going to ask on here if it was okay also. not sure what to do. my seat is 4 yrs old and rarely used.

I had similar issues when we had one and they replaced mine. Try calling them to see if they would do the same.
