I have a serious problem and really need some help! I need to find either an infant seat or convertible seat that is compatible with long belt stalks. I have 1 week to try and find a way to fit 4 car seats in my kia sedona. I just tried the snugride & the buckle was totally in the way (even with the stalk twisted 3x), EFTA & signo also doesn't work. This is so rediculous! I'm just about to freak :p Can anyone suggest anything

How about a pool noodle to get the belt path up a little higher? You might still need to twist the belt stalk, but I think with the combination of that and the noodle, it might just work.

Thank you for the suggestion! So, for the signo for example, I would place it rf with the pool noodle? Should I take the signo out of recline mode though? My 2.5y/o will be in it.

O.K. so I think I got it :D Its pretty solid (slides a little on the leather seats) What do you think?

Wow, those are long buckle stalks! Forgive my ignorance, but do all the manuals state that the buckle must be completely out of the path? I only ask because they're not the kind of belts that are required to lay parallel to remain locked, so you might have somewhat more freedom with this issue than you would otherwise....
