Chicco c5 Twin question

I bought a Chicco c5 Twin about a month ago and as I was getting it out of the trunk the foam on the handle got a small rip in it :mad:. Any way to fix that? I tried some foam craft glue with no luck. Also, one of the clips on the harness doesnt quite close, so you can slip the shoulder strap out of the loop without squeezing the clip, if that makes any sense. It's not really causing any trouble, its just really bugging me. Do you think BRU would take it back? I have the receipt.

I don't have the twin but the single one and my handle got a tear on it very fast as well. It doesn't bother me so i never bothered to do anything with it.

I think that BRU might take it back because of the clip over the tear. It's worth a shot.

I am actually putting my Ct5 away. It is getting way to hard to steer and i can't do it one handed anymore. I think it's because ds is getting bigger. Also the back is slumping down and DS can't sit up straight in it anymore.
