NEW YORK (Reuters Health) - More U.S. parents are using car booster seats when their children outgrow infant and toddler seats, although overall use remains low, according to new study findings.
During the 2-year study period, booster seat use nearly tripled among 4- to 8-year-olds, researchers report. Still, that amounted to just 13% of the children studied.
