so annoyed with health nurses

I have found 3 expired carseats in the last month where the health unit told them they were still good, When will the government change that stupid 10yr reccomendation,
one lady thanked me and moved the seat out of sight, (garage sale) the second lady got offended, and acted like there was no way I could be right, it was 6months from the 10 year mark anyway.
and the 3rd I haven't heard back from, my sister sent me a message in regards to the seat, for one of my friends.
