I had awesome luck with getting replacement parts for our e3... but I just got a second hand mountain buggy and the basket has a small hole in it. I'm picky and want to order a replacement before it gets bigger! :whistle: Anyone know how their customer service is?? It's an 04 so it's definately not under warranty anymore.
