US covers

I am just wondering, is there any difference between the US Britax covers and the Canadian ones? Because I'm considering getting a BLVD for my baby, but I would want a girly cover. So I was thinking about ordering one of the ones off the Britax website, but then I noticed that they have a section for Canadian covers, and one for US covers. Is there a difference, or is it just the fact that those are the covers that are available in each country?

Only the labeling is different between the U.S and Canadian cover.

Ours has the Airbag warning in French as well as English.

The Cdn cover that I ordered from Britax (all online) showed up on my doorstep yesterday with Spanish warnings instead of French. I'm rather surprised ...

I use a US cover on my CDN marathon, the airbag warning doesn't have french in it, but otherwise it is the same. Also, the replacement cover they sent me for my other CDN MA is a US cover, so I figure it isn't a big deal.
