Install questions for Escalade

New to this board and at a loss for information. I just got a 2008 Escalade. Husband swore the car seats would fit and now I am having a heck of a time getting them in. I have a 6 month old in a Cosco Alpha Omega Elite RF and a 2 year old in a Graco Nautilis. We have 2 captains chairs and a third row. Right now we have company for the week and I am trying to fit the infant in the Cosco car seat in the third row. I can't get it to fit. I am also pregnant with #3 due in Jan. so I will need the infant in the captain's chair, the other captains chair will need to be flipped up to get back to the third row with the other two car seats. Does anyone have any experience with installing seats in the third row of an escalade? I am also have a hard time with the recline of the Cosco seat. My LO is always leaning forward when he falls asleep. I know this is not safe, but it is reclined as far back as it can go!

Any help or information would be very much appreciated!

I don't have any experiece with the Escalade...but I can try to help...

For the Alpha Omega(AO), do you have the base on? You can take the base off, make sure the foot at the back/bottom is flipped up, and then try to install. You will probably need a tightly rolled towel or a pool noodle section to put under the end of the seat that is where the baby's feet are.
Also--are you installing with LATCH or the seatbelt? You'll need to lock the seat belt once you have it in. You lock the belt by pulling it all the way out and letting it go back in slowly---so just don't pull it out and let it go.

And at 6 months...the line on the side doesn't need to be level with the ground, but I don't think I would want it super upright either.

Are you having probs with the Nautilus?
