You should contact Sunshine Kids customer service. It is my understanding that the stickers were wrong. Does it say 35 lbs in the manual?

There's been a discrepancy between the label and manual since December. :( I'm not sure which to follow. I know a few posters have been told by customer service that there are no structural changes and you can use it to 35 lbs. However, I believe that the sticker trumps the manual under FMVSS 213 (http://www.carseat.org/Legal/FMVSS213.pdf).

I know my Radian (5/08) says 35lbs on everything but the sticker on the seat (manual, tags attached, etc all say 35lbs) I called customer service awhile ago and was told it is good to 35lbs, not sure why they wouldn't change the stickers though.

I've been aware of this discrepancy for a few months now and hadn't put much thought into it until tonight when the FMVSS was linked...
The sticker differing from what the manual and everything else says is grounds for a recall - either for new manuals indicating 33lb rf'ing limit, or new stickers indicating 35lb rf'ing limit.
Has anybody reported the discrepancy to the NHTSA? SK really should have fixed this by now on their own, but it looks like they may have to be pushed into a recall to eliminate the confusion for owners.

I think you mean your paperwork says 35 pounds? Yes, if so, you are fine to use it to 35 RF even if the stickers say it. What address did you put on your reg. card? I wonder if a human will even notice it's not a US address? Even if you don't get the recall (if there ever is one...) it's a fairly minor manner, I wouldn't sweat it too much (not like some other recalls where a critical part can fail, for example).
