questions about the latch system

We have a 2000 toyota camry. Is it possible to get the latch system installed, or do you need to purchase a new 2003 model to use the latch system?

With the exception of some VW and Audi models since 1999, there are no LATCH retrofits available for vehicles. Some 2001 and many 2002 vehicles do have LATCH, and almost every 2003 vehicle will have it.
