Has anyone tried the Britax Decathalon cover on the FPSVD. I know that the MA cover fits.

Disclaimer... it is not recomended to use covers from another carseat on a different carseat unless it is a FPSVD cover on a FPSVD car seat, Britax on Britax and so on, unless approved by the manufacturer.

I don't have a Decathalon cover, I am just wondering if it fits. Thanks.

I haven't tried, but I would guess yes, since the FPSVD is actually the DC shell and not the MA shell.

The picture of my siggy is a DC cover on a FPSVD shell. It fits perfectly except that the harness adjuster hole is a little different.

bensmom is right that it's the same shell as the DC, not the MA. I have pictures of all three seats "naked" - I should make an album of them sometime.

I agree, I tried my DC cover on the FPSVD and it was a good fit.

I always thought the FPSVD was more like the Decathalon, except the adjustor was different.

Thanks for the answers.
