I'm looking at Frontier for my 2005 Honda Pilot. I'll need to do the long belt install as my DD is 53 lbs. I want to make sure the belt is long enough before I buy it.

I'm fairly certain another tech here got LBP to work just fine for the Frontier. Do you have a store you can try before buying?

I'll check out Right Start or Merry Go Round in Bellevue tomorrow. I can't seem to find the Graco Nautilus in stores to try. Frontier is my top choice for my car and Monterey or Nautilus for my DH car.

I have 06 Pilot and I have installed the Regant in outboard passenger and driver side in my car using the long belt path. I do have enought to get it in there. I know the Frontier is smaller compared to the Regant, so you should have enough for the Frontier.

If you are looking at a Frontier to be used in harness mode, it can be installed using a lap/shoulder belt using SBP or LBP regardless of the weight of the child. The only limitation is on lap only belts which you must use SBP. It is the Regent that requires certain installations at certain weights. :)

AH! Thank you! Okay, I'll go ahead and buy the Frontier. I thought you could only use LBP for larger kids with harness. If a Regent fit in Pilot with that belt bath I totally should be fine.

It ends today, July 18th! Be sure to click the "free returns" option or else you won't get that option.
