Tethers and placement in Dodge Grand Caravan 05or 06

we are going to be traveling with my in-laws soon on a 2 1/2 hour both way trip. I am planning on using all my car seats in their van and that will be 3 kids and 4 adults. I wanted to ask about the theters for my RF boulevard. I plan to put my DD Regent in the Drivers outboard captain chair with my MIL in the other captain chair. I want to put my Middle son who is FF drivers side outboard 3rd row me in the center and my youngest RF passenger outboard.

can I use the tether on the back of the passenger side captain chair instead of moving my D-ring to their van?

Yes, you can tether a rf 3rd row seat to an unused 2nd row tether. However, your plan to have you in the middle won't work because the Caravan only had a lapbelt 3rd row center until this year. :( The third row also only has a TA for the center position.
