It has a back pad pocket,and a seperate pocket in the back.It has a cell phone holder on the strap for close reach, a padded strap similar to jb bags.A wet pocket inside up on the side to keep wet stuff off the other items in the bag.And it comes with the stroller straps ,that have never been used.still available..:D
