Is this one a "stretch"? I had one last year but didn't like it, it was a reversible with lace on one side and it didn't have any give to it.
I SO want to try another one though!

It is 97% cotton and 3% spandex so it does have some stretch to it.

I thought the reversible ones were cool, but I never thought about it interfering with the give. That's good to know.
