My "quick reply" isn't working

I don't know if I changed some setting by accident, but when I hit the "quick reply" button, it acts like I hit "quote" and takes me to the "full service" reply screen. It does the same thing when I hit multi-quote... it immediately takes me to the regular reply screen with just the one quote.

Mine has never worked either, never understood why it was there. Ok It does work, you have to click the icon with the feather pen next to the multiquote then it goes to the quick reply. I don't know if you have done this but I just did it for the first time

I don't have an answer for this one. It's working fine for me on Internet Explorer 7.
