using Latch and using long belt path. I just can't get what the manual says. Does anyone have any better pictures. Or videos. My dd is 36.5 lbs, so i still need to use long belt path. TIA

It is veryvery simple...
I installed one in my van using latch in less than 5 min...

Do you see the hole in the fabric ont he side (beside where your childs leg would go)?
The latch clips come up through the hole and go over the side and attach to the LATCh... I am searching for a pic but someone will probably answer...

as of right now i have the whole latch strap behind the seat with the strap holding it in place sticking out of the buckle whole.

i think i might have it but my question is, when looking at the back of the seat are you not supposed to see any of the latch strap in the back

The back, you would see the latch strap in the middle section.

Yes, you should. The latch strap starts behind the shell of the seat. Then you feed each clip through the big holes on the side of the seat by the child's hips. Under or over the cover is fine (mine is under). Then they go over the outside of the shell to clip onto the latch bars.

this is what i have right now is this correct. The cover is currently drying as i just washed it, i do know that i have to use the cover to use the seat.

thanks i was trying to read hte manual and go step by step and it just wasn't working. I had to run upstairs to check on my son, came back down and it clicked.
