GN used as booster

Ok I converted my GN to booster mode for tomorrow. I've LATCH'ed it in. Does the 1" rule still apply?

Did you just LATCH it in for keeping it put before it is in use? I didn't think you could LATCH the booster in once it is actually being used.

Am I wrong?

Graco announced at Lifesavers that you can LATCH the Nautilus in booster mode.

I wouldn't think the one-inch rule would apply, since normally it would be all over the place anyway. I would probably get it as tight as possible, but wouldn't worry if it was wiggly.
