How does BOTH ways free shipping work? Does that mean that it's free shipping if returned because it doesn't fit or something?

Only some of our items actually have the free shipping 'both ways' (you can find out which items qualify here (http://www.elitecarseats.com/Free-Shipping/Free-Ship-Items/index.cat?sNav=0))- ALL have free return shipping for orders made between now and July 18th but we only cover initial outbound shipping on some items right now (shipping costs have gotten outrageous with gas price increases so we can't offer on everything anymore, unfortunately). So how it works is that if you place an order with us and within 30 days determine that the seat won't work for you, contact us via phone or email and arrange to have a pre-paid return shipping label sent to you so you don't have to pay to have it shipped back to us. Of course, there are a fewm more details involved but that's the jist.
