How and what tether anchor to order

I have to get a tether anchor for my DH SUV, it is a 2001 Mitsubishi Montero Sport . When I called the dealership they had no idea what I was talking about. Is it possible to order the anchors and install them myself? Who would I order it from and does anyone know the specific part name? TIA

If it's a 2001, it already has LATCH in the window seats and three top tether anchors...
If it's actually a 2000 (the sticker in the driver's door jamb has the DOM, usually), then the part number (from the dealer, but you might be able to buy it online) is MB597261 and there are three weld nuts in the ceiling.

Thank you. It must be 2000 because when DH bought it it only had one anchor installed and there are 2 other places to put them. DS1 is using the installed anchor but I am planning ahead for when DS2 is turned around.
