Which to Buy? Compass vs Rav4

Hello everyone. I am a lurker but I've posted a couple of times before. I was wondering if someone with one of these vehicles can give me some input. We are in the market for a new vehicle and we think we have it narrowed down to the Jeep Compass or the Toyota Rav4. We like the price of the Compass, but the cargo space in the Rav4. Can anyone tell me which you prefer for car seat installation? We have a RF Marathon right now. We are really stuck on deciding and I would appreciate any input?

We have a 2007 Rav 4 and it is loaded with space and super easy to install car seats in. We have a Marathon rear facing behind the passenger seat and there is still oodles of leg room. My dh test drove the Compass - mostly because of the attractive price - but he hated it. Said it was cramped and by the time you get some decent options, not so cheap.
