I went to my local BRU last week, and they only had one of the Nautilus car seat in stock. Since I had a coupon that was $20 off a $99 car seat, I wanted to buy the car seat that day. I told the cashier, and she called up a manager. She checked in her computer, and this was an item she could special order, so she ordered the car seat for me, and allowed me to combine the $20 coupons with the 10% twins discount, and an additional 15% off coupon for any item.
A few days later, they called me up to pick up the car seat. I was very happy with the service I received that day as I had called TRU/BRU many times, and this was the first time they offered to special order an item for me at no extra charge.
