If I can't get a manager to help, would you bother calling in the store owner? Or trying another C.Tire?

Just wanted some opinions.
We're going today or tomorrow, not sure which yet, but was just curious. The temptation for me is to actually try another C.tire, and/or call the owner.

I might not have bought the bike trailer we did if I had known all this was going to happen, as it was $300 and would have covered the cost of the Frontier (or the two True Fits, which I love so far).

We really do go often enough to C.Tire for little things, so if they fix this for me I'll be a happy camper.

Apparently CT stores are independently owned. So whereas one manager might not want to deal with a problem, another may..but another may also see the problem as the original store's issue.
