So we are replacing our Scenera (thread in Coffee break)
and I'm not sure what I want.

I'm torn between:

A Britax Marathon or Boulevard
Recaro Signo
Radian 80

Doesn't one of the dad's on here buy Recaro seats? I need someone that has experience with Recaro to fill me in on their seat. :o
Kyle David Miller site hipmonkey has a good review and product specs listed.

I really like the Como (I've never seen a Signo irl).

I was bummed that it doesn't tether RFing, but it seems to have a different base which is bigger and solid that almost acts as a rebound bar. I like the head support of the Signo. I see very limited (if any) options for getting 3 across with one of these seats as they are big and it doesn't look like they would be good puzzlers. I've never seen one used for ERF, but they do seem kind of shallow to me when RF. While not a major point, I do like that the Britax seats can have so many different looks, while the Recaro covers are plain.

I also love, love, love my Radian 80.

What vehicle is this going in? (it is RF, right?) I like the Radian in a sedan especially because it is lower profile and not such a view blocker and I can very easily get baby in and out without having to hoist him up.

We have a 98 Malibu and 2006 Town and Country. It will probably go in our Malibu but I can switch them around.

I have 2 Signos and I can't say enough about them. I love  them!! I have my 12mo. & 28mo. rf in them in my kia sedona minivan. The harness tightens smoothly & evenly everytime (vs. the true fit which drove me crazy) The padding is buttery soft and both of my kids sleep beautifully in them. Last month I took my 4.75y/o on a road trip (2.5hrs) and she sat ff in the signo and slept comfortably without any head bobbing. I was concerned about the lack of leg support because my kids have long leg but she never complained.
The Signo is a big & heavy seat, sits up much higher than other convertible seats, has less leg room rf and is expensive. But those are the only drawbacks that I have found. Here are some pictures:

Marathon. Good RF, Good FF, RF tetherable, super easy to install.

Also love the Radian, but I prefer it for RF, but only in a car it fits in.

Recaros are great, but I just can't not RF tether :( (and their whole 'lockoff that's not really a lockoff' issue makes me really irked :()
