True Fit - What a LARGE seat

I was in Zellers yesterday and took a look at it. It looks like a very nice seat but holy smokes is it every big. It looks like a giant. lol I can't see it fitting RFINg in a 2004 Civic or even a tight fit with that headrest in my explorer.

I wonder how this will fit with other carseats.

Since the company no longer requires the 45* angle (except for infants), fitting is not a problem. We have a short wheel base Town and Country minivan with the Truefit installed, rf, behind the driver. It fits in the same space the EFTA did and leaves plenty of room for my tall dh and I to fit. It takes up less space when rear-facing than the Radian does.

Thanks Tam, after looking at your pics, it is not that much bigger than the Marathon, wow, i guess in our store it is beside a small booster (no back) and an infant seat which makes it look huge too.

I was going to try dd in it but she wasn't co operating so another day we will go after her nap and try it out.

@horseymom - let me know how it fits in the explorer. I really want a Marathon but this is a nice seat. I would like to also be able to fit 2 car seats in the back if needed and a teenager if needed. We have a 7 seater but the extra cargo space is a bonus.

I'll let you know! our truck is a 96 though so I don't know how it compares to yours (sounds newer) I had ordered a marathon, but canceled when I saw the TF, I think it's a great seat
