As of right now, we are considering purchasing a 98 or newer corolla or camry. A 99 or newer accord is also on the list. Does anyone know anything about mitsubishi galant? What other family, three across sized vehicles should we consider? Are there any station wagons that we can consider? Or any 6 seater vehicles? I would actually prefer a station wagon. I heard that the ford taurus and focus come in wagons, but I don't think they have headrests in the back.

Here's what we need. Three across with two boosters and one fisher price safe voyage. I want at least 2 head rests or a tall back seat because I want to be able to use the two boosters backless when the backs are outgrown. I also want three shoulder belts, because the little guy may eventually be in a booster. (although not for a long time - he is only 25lbs at 2.75 years old.) Reliability and affordability is key for us. We want to purchase the car outright in the fall and have no payments to deal with. Of course, safety is also important.
