I've been thinking about how to deal with Canadian seats in the Swap forum, since I know a lot of the Canadian members don't check Swap regularly due to shipping expense from the US. I'm comfortable with referring people there from the Canadian forum (at least until there's more active Canadian content in Swap) for the time being. We can clean up referral posts once items are sold, in order to ensure that we're not cluttering up the regular forum with Swap referrals. I'd prefer referers are limited to Canadian SEATS due to CMVSS vs FMVSS cert, and size/weight of these items.

Also--a lot of Canadian members won't have access to post in Swap because of the lesser activity in the Canadian forum. We've been approving Swap posts on a case-by-case basis under these circumstances. Read the stickies at the top of the forum--it's still buyer beware. Approving a post does not mean that we are screening individual sellers.
