Hmmm...you have the novelty of the Frontier vs. the top slots of the Regent. But, you have to deal with the PITA recline bar. I'd probably go with the Frontier, but either seat will be beautiful! :love:

ok, going to sound stupid here but.......are the slots on the Regent higher? also, the recline bar - why PITA? I have an Expedition and a 00 altima (soon to be 04 Focus) -got a great install with my MAs but been needing to replace 2 seats, figured with the sales and prices I'd be good to get the Regents for DD2 and use the MAs for dd3. both my kids are in the 95% for height so I definitley want one that has high slots.

If this should be in another forum please move or let me know!

Yes, the slots on the Regent are higher. It really depends on what you're looking for. I think the biggest things to consider are:

Frontier: harnesses to 18.25" torso, turns into a booster, lasts 9 years, narrower than Regent

Regent: harnesses to 19.1" torso, does not become a booster, lasts 6 years, BIG seat
