What year the camry and accord started having three shoulder belts in the back seat? Also, what year did they start having at least two head rests in the back seat?

We are saving up for a used car. We want to buy the car outright and not have any car payments. We will more than likely buy the car from a friend who gets cars at auction. The car has to get good mileage, be reliable and safe, and fit two boosters and one harnessed seat in the back. I don't care if it has latch or not, but it does need at least one thether anchor. We are thinking about looking at cars that are 1999 and up.

Are there any smaller vehicles that can seat 6? It is not necessary, but would be nice.

My 2001 Camry has 2 removable headrests, and 3 tether hooks and 3 shoulder belts in the back seat. It does not have latch in it (I think that started in 2002 model).

My mom's '99 Accord has 3 shoulder belts. There are molded in "headrests" in the outboard spots. No tethers, although they can be retrofitted.
