I would like to turn DS RF at least in my vehicle but I'm not sure it's worth it. DS is 32.5 lbs now. Up, just these last couple of months, from the 30.5-31 lbs he weighed for the last, oh, year and a half? What are my odds of the next 2.5 lbs taking another year or two? Is the True Fit worth it? He turned 3 early this year.

I was going to probably get a Nauti or Frontier for his 4th HWH seat for DH's vehicle. We already have 2 Radians an a MA for my car and the grandparents'. He also still fits FF in the AOE in two vehicles, but I will need to use these RF for the baby come September when I start work. (We do a lot of pick-ups/drop-offs where it's different vehicles and I feel we can afford to pay a bit more for convenience and safety.) He is at the top slots for all the seats, about 14.5" torso.

The baby will probably fit RF in the 4 AOE's and SS1 until 2 years old, if he's anything like his brother. I was thinking I could either outfit one more vehicle so my ILs only have to switch about the FF MA and not the RF AOEs, or maybe selling an AOE, but I know this may be a hard sell for DH. He does NOT understand the carseat compulsion I have acquired and especially not my spending gene. :) WWYD?

One thing that might help your cause is determining if any of the AOEs or the MA will expire before your youngest son is likely to be turned FFing. If one of those seats will expire before that, you'd need another convertible to replace it, so might as well invest in a new seat now and get full use out of it ...

Good thought, but sadly not the case. :( They were all bought after June 05 and all had very new dates. Which was a good thing, but means that none expire any time soon.

So, I went and got one today... now I have to play around with it and decide if I should KEEP it...
