gosh me too. as much as I'd love a new seat, I really don't need it. my marathon will be fine and by the time ds1 outgrows the radian ds2 will be also outgrowing the marathon so I can jsut get a monterey or whatever awesome booster is out then.

yep, I have a coupon for $10 off a $150 purchase at echildren in winnipeg. it's good until dec 31 so I might get ds1 a monterey then. he'll be 5yrs, 2 months by then so it will be a good spare for in grandpa's car.

And has sent multiple choices to Canada. There's a nice girly True Fit seat cover in the US, but not available in Canada. Maybe you could order a cover though - they're supposed to be sold just above cost according to the US manual. :whistle: There's 6? covers in the US, but only 2 here from what I know - maybe someone else will get in another pattern? I could see baby boutiques carrying the other patterns. :shrug-shoulders:

My Mother checked at her local Zellers today on the South Shore of Nova Scotia and there were none. She did not ask if there were any in back though.

The local Walmart does not stock the EFTA. It is dismal there for car seats. But they do have 5 Tim Hortens for a town of 13,000.

But have you read some of the reviews for the seats

That sounds eerily similar to the description someone gave to that same seat for sale on Vancouver CL! Maybe its the same guy, hoping that someone will look up the seat and see that according to Zellers' customers, that's a "real first class seat".

I got Friday off (tomorrow) and my Zellers has it in stock. Maybe we'll have to make a pit stop on the way to Crash Crawly's. I must need something else from Zellers right?

Once you have the product page up (and not just the "quick view" page you can access in the search option), you have to add the stores you want to check. I am not sure exactly what the button was, something like "find availability" and then it asks for your postal code or province and town or something. It then gives you a list of stores for that area and you have to click to add the store to your list. Then whenever you want availability it remembers which stores you wanted to check. Hope that helps, I can't seem to retrace my steps and start over, it already remembers "my" stores. :)

Oh, when you get the list of stores you have to click and drag the ones you wish to check, into the list at the bottom.

Was at my Zellers last night in Alliston, Ontario and they had one box...but no display model yet. It also states online that there in atleast one at the Barrie Zellers....I have yet to check Toys R Us.....
