KeyFit Base - Any deals out there?

My best friend had baby #3 two weeks ago & got a KeyFit (not the 30 - her babies grow slow). I want to get her an extra base for her DH's car. I'm seeing $59 as the lowest price out there. Anyone know of better deals around? Oh - and it looks like the KeyFit 30 base is interchangeable with the "regular" KeyFit seat - true? Thanks!

$59 is also the cheapest I've been able to find them. I do believe that the Keyfit 30 base can be used with the 22, but not the the other way around.
