How many Tethers can you Retrofit?

According to the Dodge section of the LATCH manual (http://www.saferidenews.com/LATCH_manaul_updates/DODGE_6_07_web.pdf), every rear seating position in the '96 Caravan can be retrofitted with a top tether anchor. The part number for each second row seating position is 04864118AB, and the part number for each third row seating position is 05018506AA. A Chrysler/Dodge dealership is supposed to retrofit tether anchors free of charge for you per Chrysler Technical Service Bulletin 23-008-00 Rev. B. :thumbsup:
