Okay...I am going to be moving soon & my MIL will be keeping my DS. She has a Toyota 4-Runner, but it is older & the seat belts do not lock so I will need a locking clip. I will either be installing a EFTA or a Scenera with a locking clip so I would like to see pictures of those two seats used with a locking clip if anyone has them they would like to share or would like to install this way & take pictures.

I also intend to play around with installing it with a locking clip in my car before we move so I know how when we move. I also intend to be reading my manual through & through before trying to! But pictures would greatly help as well & I appreciate anyone who shares them!

Also one other question. I have a Scenera & a EFTA that I could use for my MIL. Which seat should I put in her car for her to use? I think she could probably use the EFTA better, but I am thinking that she would do better with the Scenera as her car sits higher & she has a bad back & the EFTA would be high up for her. I might just try them both in her car when we get there & ask her which she likes better.

You could always put it in the center so you don't need a LC. :)

Don't mind the uninstalled MA in the front right. ;)

The LC started out straight but went slightly crooked when the belt was buckled. My guess would be it's because of the buckle stalk being in further than the edge of the seat. It was a bear to re-buckle with my buckle stalks.

eta: Asking her which seat she finds easier to use is probably the best way to go - or if one installs better in her car than the other that might be a factor too.

I thought the same thing, but I think he would do better on the outbard as my nephew rides on the drivers side outboad & my MIL has a hard time buckling my nephew into his booster with the car seat next to it. So unfortantly I will need to install it passenger outboard with a locking clip.

www.carseatsite.com also has LC installation videos, one of the demo seats might be a Scenera (I haven't watched them all too closely, I'll admit).
