I originally installed my ComfortSport with a rolled up towel. After awhile I took out the towel because DS was better at sitting up and not slumping forward while sleeping. It was still a fine install even without the towel.

DH took out the seat to move something and even though I reinstalled the seat tightly and tried to get it the same, DS got slumpy-head again. I bought a pool noodle and installed the seat but there is now a noodle sticking out. What do I do? Do I cut it? I don't care if I have to cut it--the noodle came from Dollar Tree.

yes, cut it. You need it long enough to support the base, but not so much that it interferes with the seatbelt or LATCH strap. Pretty much anything will work to cut it- even a plastic butter knife.

Does anyone have a picture of an install with a noodle? I don't think that the noodle is in the way of the LATCH strap.

I don't have a great one of the actual noodles, but here's a Scenera with a pyramid of 3-

the pool noodle sections taped together (just in case you decide you need more than 1)-
