A FF only seat RF? I know we see the opposite (FF buckets) far too much but I wonder if anybody has ever tried the opposite? I wouldn't be surprised

Yes, a couple weeks ago. I actually got the nerve to talk to the mom. She yeah, we just found that out today. The selt belt was buckled, just laying over the leg area. People drive me insane!

Just for fun I was curious if I could fanagle a RF Regent (of course not for acutal use). I think it would require bracing and australian tethering :p

Last year a parent that I knew was dropping his daughter off at day care and had his infant son in a rf Cargo. I just noticed this as I was leaving (his daughter and my ds had the same Cargo seats at the same time that is why it drew my attention). I thought I would see him dropping off the following day, but we never managed to drop off at the same time again, so I kicked myself for not bringing it to his attention. His infant was about 10 months old at the time.

I've seen two-a RFing Graco CarGo and one of the cheaper 5 pt/booster combos (Chase maybe??)

They both were RFing with seatbelt going through the FF belt path

I REALLY don't think my seat belts are long enough for that. They won't reach the belt path of a FF infant only base. I tried, just to take misuse pictures.

I have seen a RF cargo and chase! It was scary how they had those buckled.

I've seen an RF Turbobooster. I was tempted to walk up and peek in to see how they had it restrained exactly. :/

I would have totally peeked in. I don't know how you didn't.

I read about an RF Cargo on an Amazon review once... they were complaining it didn't work well.

My cargo manual seems to be a general car seat manual. It include instructions on installing a rear-facing seat. I can see how someone would be confused if they didn't know that their specific model didn't rear-face.

Okay don't flame me for saying this, but, back when I didn't know anything about car seats, I used a Cargo Rfing for 3 months, and could never figure out why it was so loose! Of course, I also had it Rfing in the center of a Nissan Sentra, using the LATCH hooks from the outboard positions .... man I've learned a lot in the last 3 years !

Yes! An Eddie Bauer combination seat. It wasn't my vehicle so I didn't see exactly how it was in there. Baby ended up going home in his bucket seat despite being too tall and too heavy. Lesser of 2 evils in that case? I dunno, I honestly don't know.

Ive also seen an RF TB with an infant in it. The mom was literally having to push on the baby to keep her in the seat.
