We're back from our vacation and test driving cars. DH liked the Mazda 5 - I have one question - does the 3rd row have top tether anchors? DS will mostly always be in the 2nd row, but I like to have flexibility.
Thanks.

Yes, top tethers in all 4 rear positions, Lowers Anchors also in the two middle seats.

Great. One more plus. So far, the Mazda5 is our top choice, but we've got more cars to test drive next weekend.

I am reading this thread with interest
we are in the process of becoming licensed foster parents.......and ditching dh's old Honda Accord in exchange for something that can transport more than 2 kiddos
dd rides in a Regent.....no 3-across combos w/that seat.....we still have her 2 MAs that don't expire for another 3 yrs.
so, minivan land it is.......thank goodness dh doesn't have issues w/that
he's a sahd and would be the one driving it all the time
however, our budget is VERY limited.......and IIRC, the Mazda 5 is a fairly newer vehicle.....

I've started a thread about my Mazda5 and it's gotten pretty comprehensive. :)
