Is it safe to remove the headrest off the bucket seat that is holding a RF EFTA? We have an 02 Ford Windstar Sport if that makes any difference (?) ds#3 is RF in the passenger side second row bucket seat and it's easier for me to be able to reach back and buckle in ds#1 in his booster seat if the headrest is off..... just wanted to make sure there weren't any safety issues involved in moving the headrest in case of an accident. TIA

You can remove the car's headrest with the EFTA, both rfing and ffing. Check your car manual to make sure it is ok for the car, too.

Thanks for the reply! I did read the manual and don't see anything about not using the headrest in that situation. Ds#3 seems to like being able to see dd and ds#1 in the back too! I just wanted to make sure :)
