The forums will be down for an hour or so today. Sorry for the lack of warning. There is a minor issue with the database that will require a restore and will result in losing posts and new user registrations from Wednesday.

I will also be upgrading to the latest version of the software that has some new features.

I received a tracking number via pm yesterday, and cant see it. :(

Members may have lost private messages sent in the last 24-48 hours, but nothing else should be affected. The upgrade will take place some night this weekend when not as many users are online.

yeah, I lost a PM just now. It still shows that I have 1 new one on the upper right and it is in my email, but I can't get to it from here. The couple of PMs that went back and forth earlier today leading up to it are gone too.

All PMs between early Wednesday morning and mid-day today were lost in the fix. Sorry about that, but it was better than the alternative which was rolling everything back. Hopefully it fixes the bug. If you still have issues with "unread" messages that don't appear, try marking everything unread then marking everything read again and see if that helps.

There is a backup that was made before the old version was restored. If you lost a critical message, I can probably find the information if it is absolutely necessary, but there is no way to copy it back to the current forums.
