Marathon latch belt

I am using rear facing Marathon with seat belt. I have a question. I notices that the latch belt with a heavy clip just hangs beside the seat. Where should I hook it up because I don;t use latch connector.

There should be little pockets sewn under the side of your cover... like this : http://s7.photobucket.com/albums/y255/joolstag/?action=view&current=DCP00307.jpg OR there are deep indentations in the bottom of the seat behind the gray foam under the bum, they usually fit fine right in there :)
