I am reading all the time on this forum about rf bneing at 45 degree angle. How do you know if you have that or not? sorry for being so simple

My "quick and dirty" for this is to hold one forearm horizontal, as straight as I can, in front of the base of the seat, the other forearm vertical with the elbow on the back of my hand, and then go to about 45 degrees and see if I line up with the seat angle.... gives me a fairly decent sense of whether I am close to 45; then I follow up with an angle reader.
