What issues would you face installing a car seat in one of these? Would this be a situation you'd want to avoid?
I would think it would be more dangerous (obviously in a rollover) but are there any other issues?

They often lack tether anchors and the backseats are usually tiny. Not having TAs is more of a safety issue, but the small rear seat can cause some installation issues.

If it's an older convertible, it may only have lap belts. Dh has a 1967 Mustang GT 500 convertible in candy apple red with a white top. It only has lap belts. I've tried to find three point belts, but he and our body shop owner friend tell me there is no where to securely attach the shoulder belt.
